Your topl cup is perfect for coffee, tea, water, and other smooth, non-carbonated drinks.

It’s not suitable for fizzy drinks, thick liquids (like smoothies or soups), or anything sticky. These can affect the lid’s seal or flow.

Important Note: Always allow hot drinks to cool below 70°C before locking the lid. Open the lid carefully, especially after prolonged storage, as pressure may build up inside the cup due to heat and steam.

The crack marks you see are injection points that occur during the production process.

All our lids have similar markings to some degree, and some might be more prominent. Rest assured, this does not affect the functionality of the cup.

Both our TO GO and STROLL Series feature a 360° sip lid.

The differences are:

1) The overall aesthetic of the cup.

2) The TO GO lid is slightly deeper than the STROLL lid.

3) The TO GO lid has a detachable transparent centrepiece and silicone seals for easy washing, whereas the STROLL lid cannot be taken apart.

Important Note: Always allow hot drinks to cool below 70°C before locking the lid. Open the lid carefully, especially after prolonged storage, as pressure may build up inside the cup due to heat and steam.

Yes — it’s insulated for both hot and cold drinks. Just twist to open and sip as normal.

However, we don’t recommend using it for fizzy drinks, as the pressure can affect the seal.

Both the STROLL and TO GO Series body is wide enough to wash with your hands!

However, the STROLL lid might require a small brush to clean the crevices as the transparent centrepiece is not detachable.

If you are struggling to clean the lid, you can give it a soak in warm soapy water with a bit of baking soda for 10-15 minutes. This should be able to get rid of the funky smells trapped in the silicone as well.

For the TO GO lid, simply push apart the transparent centrepiece, peel off the silicone rings and give them a wash.

The cups are also dishwasher friendly! Simply pop all parts in the dishwasher to keep your lid fresh, clean and ready for everyday use :)

Yes — as long as the lid is twisted fully clockwise into the locked position, it’s completely sealed and leakproof. You can toss it in your bag with confidence.

Just make sure the silicone seal is fitted correctly after cleaning — leaks can occur if the parts aren’t reassembled properly.

Our cups are designed to be locked and sealed with liquids under 70°C (barista standard serving temp). As this is not a flask, it’s not advisable to fill the cup with liquids above 70°C and put it in your bag. If you prefer hot drinks, after filling, screw the lid on but leave it in the open position for a few moments to allow pressure to settle before locking.

Make sure the lid is fully twisted clockwise into the locked position. Leaks can also happen if the silicone seal isn’t fitted correctly after cleaning — double-check all parts are in place.

Pour directly through the open 360° lid, or twist the lid off with two full turns to take the lid off.

Yes — the 360° lid means you can sip from any side. No need to line it up or look for a hole.

If the silver ring is visible, it’s open and ready to sip. If it’s fully hidden, the lid is locked.
